Confirmation of booking
To make a reservation we require an initial deposit of £100 together with written confirmation of your booking request. The remaining balance is payable in full twenty eight days prior to the date of arrival.
We can accept the following methods of payment:
Credit card: Master Card, Visa, Switch, Delta, Amex
A 2.5% surcharge will automatically be added to any bookings made by credit card. The remaining balance will be charged to the same credit card unless we are advised otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations should payment not reach us within the required time.
Cheque / Bankers Draft: Pounds / Sterling drawn on a UK bank.
Bacs: Bank details are on our invoice
Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, we will refund the deposit less a £50.00 administration charge. This is providing that notification has been received by us in writing more than twenty eight days prior to the arrival date and acknowledged.
Cancellation less than twenty eight days prior to arrival
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals, after arrival or for earlier than planned departures.
Security Deposit
We need to swipe a card on arrival as security against the cost of any damage and/ or breakages.
Arrival / Departure Times
Check-in time is usually 12 noon with check-out time around 10am. We can be flexible with 48 hours notice.
